Support Delay - Friday 16 December 2016

Our Carrickfergus Based Sales & Support Team will be taking the afternoon off on Friday 16 December 2016 to go for their Christmas Lunch Celebration in Ownies Bistro Carrickfergus

From 1pm on Friday 16 December 2016 we will have reduced staff available.  Support staff will still be working but we'll be giving priority to service affecting issues.  If your issue is non service affecting your support times will be slightly longer for this afternoon only.  If your issue is service affecting you will not see any difference in the support you receive.

Our USA based Senior System Administrator will be on line to handle any emergencies and our local management staff will also be on call
