Direct Debit Payments over Christmas and New Year

Merry Christmas One and All!  Don't be alarmed!  We are not charging you early!

Due to the holidays coming up we're currently processing direct debits internally a few days earlier than normal.  This simply means we will mark your invoice as paid on our internal systems a little earlier than we normally would.  You will still be charged and the money will leave your bank account on the same date it always does.

This is an internal process change to take account of reduced staffing over the Christmas period.  Clients whose Direct Debits are scheduled to leave their bank accounts between now and 29 December 2016 will have their invoices marked as paid today and you will receive an invoice paid confirmation email today.  

Please do not be alramed if you have budgeted for your Big Wet Fish Payment to have available funds on the usual date in the month we charge you.  Even though we will mark your invoice as paid today your payment will not actually leave your account any earlier than it normally does.
