Well this is embarassing...
As part of our preparations for complying with GDPR law in May where clients whose data we no longer need to retain are removed (the right to be forgotten in GDPR law) we have been working on a dev server at removing these clients who have old inactive hosting accounts. Unfortunately a staff member (ironically our Managing Director) pressed the wrong button and the system generated a number of rogue invoices that may have been emailed to you at 10.20am today. These invoices sent at 10.20am are not due for payment.
We are cancelling these invoices now. It's important to note that this dev system is not linked to the credit card system so no invoices were marked as paid nor is it linked to the Direct Debit System and no payment will be called for despite what the email may suggest.
