Client Management System Goes Live
Big Wet Fish Hosting are pleased to announce our new client management system is now on line. We ask for patience whilst we roll out this new website. There may be some teething problems and we will work hard to ensure these are ironed out.

What are the benefits of this system:
Domains are now registered automatically as soon as a customer sends payment and the name servers are set up immediately;
Accounts on the server are set up automatically and the welcome email is sent
Customers now have the ability to register domain names only and our prices are very competitive;
The Client Management System allows customers who use us for domain names to change DNS settings to point the domain name to any web host;
Renewal invoices for domains and hosting plans are sent automatically one month prior to expiration and when customers renew;
Customers may view their welcome email from the client management system;
The ordering and helpdesk ticket system is now integrated.
