Teamview & Direct End User Support Clarification

18 months ago we introduced Teamviewer Support as a means for our clients to get some additional support and help in setting up their email clients to work with our Email Service.  Our email service uses the standard IMAP and SMTP protocols. Sometimes clients who are unsure how to set up their software to use IMAP and SMTP find Teamviewer gives them the help to get things running very quickly.  Teamviewer support is included in many of our shared hosting plans and is available to all other clients at the cost of £5 + VAT per 15 minute Teamviewer Session.  This is normally more than enough time to fix most problems and it is rare we charge more than the £5+VAT for a teamviewer session.

We have never sold Multi Site, Reseller, virtual or dedicated servers plans with Direct End User Support or Teamviewer Support.  The purpose of these plans is to allow clients to effectively become their own web hosting company where they take the burden of support for their clients and can call on us if they need assistance.

Alternatively if you need us to Teamviewer your clients the support charge will be £5 + VAT per session.


Nothing in this post changes what we have offered for years.  Our support channels will continue to operate as they have always done.  We just felt we needed to clarify what we offer.
