Server 120 Networking Issue

Unfortunately server 120 has another issue with its firewall that we thought we had resolved.  One client on this shared server asked us to whitelist their IP and when we ran the command in the ASL Firewall Software the server crashed.

The server is now back on line.

The firewall is working fine it is just the IP Whitelist feature in ASL that is failing.  We have already reached out to ASL to ask them to look into this and they thought they had fixed it.

In the meantime all staff are being informed to use standard Linux IPTABLES commands to whitelist IPs and not to use the ASL Whitelist feature.

We apologise for another outage on this server.  We hope the above explains what happened.
