Server 36 Reboot

The server is back on line and we are monitoring services starting back up again. We apologise for this outage and thank you once again for your patience.

Our monitoring of server 36 was showing the server as having a lot of hung processes and in the process of killing them the server load spiralled out of control and the server crashed. We have issued a reboot for this server.
Unfortunately the server has had an uptime of 317 days so as with all linux systems a reboot will cause this server to perform a file system check (fsck). This is a standard linux check that will need to complete before the server comes back on line.
We will update this announcement with any other relevant information and we thank you for your patience.
