UK Data Centre Network Issues

Service was restored but we're seeing some lingering issues on some servers.  The data centre team are actively working to resolve this now.  Updates as we get them.

Here is the latest update from the data centre network admins:

Our Coventry datacentre site experienced a power outage from Western Power at around 08:00 this morning, our generators started and took the load however after a few hours generators at the site developed faults.

Power has now been restored at the site but this is through our generators, Western Power are working to restore the power which should hopefully be completed shortly.

We received this update from our data centre

We are currently experience issues with power at our Coventry Datacentre. The Generators and APCs are running but some customers may experience issues. We are working this as a matter of urgency to ensure we have this resolved as soon as we physically can.

Services are once again down.  We're requesting an urgent update from the data centre.

All services are back on line again. A full reason for outage will be posted as soon as we get it.

We're seeing the VPS Node that was down coming back on line.  We're monitoring the two shared servers now that are affected and will post a full reason for outage once we know what happend and receive this from our data centre.

We're not seeing any further restoration of service sine 1.15pm.  We have requested an urgent update from the networking team at the data centre.  As it stands service is restored to all servers bar one VPS Node (containing 6 Virtual Machines) and two shared servers.  It's still a significant number of affected clients and we're working to get some information for these clients.  We understand frustrations and will issue a full reaso for outage once service is fully restored.

We still have not received any notification from the data centre but we are seeing some servers coming back on line. Others are still off line.  We'll post here once we know more.  We are actively monitoring all down servers and we ask you to be patient.  Our support staff on live chat do not have any more information that we are posting here.

The last update we had from the data centre team on the ground was 22 minutes ago.  We have requested an update and an Estimated time for a Resolution

We're aware that all our servers in a segment of the data centre are currently showing 100% packet loss and are down.  This is a top priority issue affecting the entire data centre segment (including other clients apart from us) and technicians are on site.  We will post updates here as we get them.  Please refresh this page and the latest information we have will be posted here.
