Support Interruption: Compulsory Fire Evacuation Drill

Our Building Landlords are holding the annual Fire evacuation Drill sometime today (Thursday 6 April) and the time is not known to us.
Upon hearing the alarm we are required to evacuate the building and proceed to the assembly point for a roll call. At that time our UK Support will temporarily go off line for up to 15 minutes. We will have someone manning live chat off site who will simply ask you to wait for our return and direct you to this page.
Apologies in advance for any delay in your support today. It should be 15 minutes maximum duration.
