Update 11.49am: All servers are back up. We are still awaiting confirmation from Bluequare NOC about this issue so as yet we do not know what happened. We seem to be getting more information from another web host and here is their link for information. This host as far as I know are a BQ company so they clearly have more information than we have been given: http://www.ph-status.com/notices
It looks like BQ is running on Generator power as the UPS seemed to fail this is why the servers crashed.
More updates as we know it.

10.51am We received reports 30 minutes ago about an outage in our UK NOC. All we know so far is we have been told it is a large outage affecting many servers and not just our servers. We are awaiting more information.
Two servers have some back on line. Sever 18 has come back on line and appears to have been rebooted.
A number of other servers and dedicated servers are still down and we are working to get them back up. As soon as we know more we will post.
