Our Building Landlords are carrying out their annual 'Fire Evacuation Drill' sometime today. We are required to leave the building to participate in this drill.
We are not sure what time this drill will be at. During the drill there will be no phone support, live chat support or support tickets answered. A member of management will have an iPad to respond to any server down alerts while we are outside at the assembly point.
We apologise in advance for the 15 minutes of service interruption that will happen today. It's a requirement of our lease and also a health and safety necessity that all staff vacate the building during the annual fire evacuation drill at the Business Park.
