VPS Nodes 120 and 121

At 9.38pm this evening (20 November 2017) we received an alert that two servers were down. We reached out to our data centre partners (IOMART.COM) in Maidenhead as we saw both servers were in the same cabinet. The cabinet had networking issues that took 37 minutes to resolve. Unfortunately we were not immediately aware that this was a general networking issue and we rebooted one of the severs causing a slightly extended downtime. All servers were back on line within an hour.
We apologise for this error this evening. All services are now back to normal.
