Reduced Support: Thursday 14 December 2017

It's that time of the year again. On Thursday 14 December 2017 our Carrickfergus Office will be closing at 1pm to allow our staff to have their annual Christmas Lunch and Party.  There will be reduced support as follows:

Technical Support - Live Chat
Our live chat will continue to operate normally but with reduced staffing.  We'd therefore ask you only use live chat for emergencies such as server outages.  Any routine issues for this afternoon only will be directed to a support ticket.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Technical Support - Support Desk
Our Helpdesk will operate normally but there will be an extended delay for non urgent issues.  We will be giving priority to service impacting issues.  Any service impacting issues will get the highest priority and will be handled with the same priority as normal.  Issues that are not urgent (ie not needing completed immediately) will join the queue and there will be a slight delay in response times.  Again we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Sales Chat and Tickets
Our Sales Department will be closing at 1pm today and any sales tickets will be handled by management this evening or for non urgent queries first thing in the morning.

Emergencies
Our Senior Management Team will be attending the Christmas Lunch and Party but they will be designated as being on call and can be back in the office within 20 minutes in the event of an emergency.  They will also have laptops at the event in case of an emergency.


This is the 5th year we have closed the UK office for our Christmas Party and our clients are always understanding.  If something is urgent please do mark it as urgent in the subject line and our team will get to it as quickly as possible and for urgent issues clients should not see any delays in support.  It's only non urgent issues that will be queued.  On behalf of the whole BWF Team We wish you a very Merry Christmas.
