Update 11.49am
We are all back up running again.  The data centre in Germany have posted this update.  Bear in mind this is translated by an on line tool so apologies for broken English.  Ironically there is a German Translation service in the same building as us but Google Translate is good enough in this instance!

"In the meantime, the power supply in the three affected areas has been provisionally restored (without UPS protection). The cause of the failure was a strong voltage reduction in the local power grid. Why it has come despite failures UPS backup, is still under review. Currently, the restoration of the secure operation has top priority. Our engineers are in the process of determining how many servers need to be manually checked after the interruption."

Update 11.42am

Power came back at 11am and we had to reboot the remaining machines.  All machines are now online at 11.42am.  If we get any information from this provider about what cause this power failure and why backup systems did not kick in we will update this post.  We're sorry for this outage.

Update 11.03am

We've been told the outage is power related.  80% of servers are back.  We have active support issues open for the remaining 20%.  Remember this is just Germany affected.  Our UK facility is unaffected.

Update 10.27am

Still no official word from our data centre partner they are busy.  We are seeing 2 servers come back to on line.  Others still offline.  We're continuing to monitor amd will get information on what happened when we reach our provider in Germany.

Update 10.15am

We are aware of connectivity issues in our German Data Centre.  A number of client services hosted there are down.  Looking at Twitter the entire facility is having issues.  We'll post updates as we know more.
