[Resolved] Server 10 Outage

6.16pm the server is back on line.  The technicians from our partner noc have replaced the ethernet cable.

5.45pm we are waiting on the server to come back following reboot.  If no ping in 5 minutes we will ask the staff in our partner noc to check the physical server for us

5.30pm our monitoring script reports 100% ping packet loss on server10.  We just issued a reboot and will update here once we know more.
