We're aware that XEN105 Node is down at the moment. It's affecting 7 Virtual Servers. We've issued a reboot and will let you know when things are back on line.

The reboot has brought the server back on line. We're looking to see if we can determine what caused this issue. This is an older generation node so we may bring forward its retirement as it only has 7 clients remaining on it. We apologise if you were affected and our system admins are performing some disagnostics now.

Outage detected and a reboot request issued. As it's an older server we do not have a permanent KVM connection so have also requested the data centre attach a remote stand so we can further troubleshoot. We will post to this page the moment we know more so please refresh and we thank you for your patience.
