We believe our data centre have resolved this network outage in their Maidenhead Facility. The facility in Maidenhead is usually very stable and we're disappointed in this outage today. We're truly sorry our choice of data centre did not live up to our and your expectations today. It usually takes them 72 hours to furnish us with a reson for outage and if you would like to receive a copy of that document please reach out to us on Tuesday after the bank holiday. If your service is still offline come back to us but we are seeing all services online at this time on our monitoring.

Update from our data centre partners "We are liaising with third party vendors and are in the process of replacing the equipment we suspect is faulty." - we unfortunately still do not have any ETA for a fix. As mentioned below we have servers in multiple locations and 90% of our infrastructure is on line. At this only affects one network segment (1UH) in Maidenhead if any client needs to get their website restored from backup we can facilitate that on a case by case basis.

We just spoke to IOMART and were told they are aware of the outage and it is getting appropriate priority. There is a status page that simply states they are now aware of the issue.

We have just spoken to another host in Belfast who we know use the same facility. Their servers in that same segment are also off line so we now know this is not localised to us. We are still on hold to the data centre networking folk and will update this announcement as soon as we know more. It appears to be older servers that are affected. All servers deployed before August 2018 appear to be affected. Any server deployed after this date are on line.

At 1.15pm we received multiple alerts that multiple servers have lost network connectivity in IOMART Maidenhead. All servers appear to be in DCH 1UH network segment. We're currently on hold to the provider to seek urgent clarification on the issues. As soon as we know more we will post it here so please refresh this page regularly.
