Our remote hands are still having issues bringing the server back on line. We're prepping a spare server to start a restore just out of the abundance of caution. This is being worked on with top priority.

Our remote hands service in our data racks are currently working on the server. We don't have any update yet but the moment we do we will post it here. We're working on this with top priority.

We're been alerted that Server 58 is down and is failing to come back on line. A senior technician has tasked the help of our remote hands service in our data centre in Gosport to inspect this server to see what the cause may be. We'll update this announcement as soon as we know more. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
