We just received the following update from Maidenhead Data Centre.  Although they have not given any indication as to why equipment went down we assume something has overheated.  The moment we have more information we will let you know.  As it stands we are seeing 5 servers showing as off line which is a very small percentage of our server fleet in Maidenhead.  As servers go down we are actively rebooting them and things seem to be a lot more stable.

The issue is still there but it is not as widespread as we initially reported.  At the time of typing this there are 7 servers showing as down in our monitoring room.  This is a very small subset of our server fleet in Maidenhead.  Our management have reached out to another hosting company who we know use the same facility and they are completely unaffected so we're confident the issues are in a small sub section of the facility.  The moment we have more information we will update this announcement.

We are seeing a major outage in our IOMART Maidenhead rack space. As it stands the provider have told us they are aware of the issues and are working urgently to look into the issues.  We believe this is an issue affecting the entire data centre.  We do not have any more information at this time but the moment we have we will update this page.  Please refresh preiodically.

Our servers in Northern Ireland and Gosport in Hampshire are unaffected.
