It's that time of the year again. On Wednesday 14 December 2022 at 1pm all our Northern Ireland based support staff will be going for their Christmas Lunch. We'll be taking the 12.25pm train into Belfast for a 1pm lunch returning to the office by 3.30pm.
Our support during this time will be handled by our remote team and will be strictly limited to service impacting issues. All support requests that are deemed as routine will be queued until 3.30pm when the local team return to the office. No data migrations or server builds will happen on Wednesday morning in case they overrun.
We've done this for the past 8 years and clients are always very understanding so we thank you in advance once again for allowing the entire NI based team to have Christmas lunch together, it truly is appreciated.
