THIS ISSUE IS NOW RESOLVED AS WE HAVE RECEIVED A PATCH FROM MATT AT WHMCS

Friday we upgraded our WHMCS billing software to the latest version. They informed us there was a known issue with 2co.com integration and they provided a fix which we applied. Unfortunately their fix has not worked so when you pay your invoice using Visa/Mastercard through 2checkout.com (our merchant account partner) your invoice will not automatically mark as paid. We are manually marking invoices as paid a few times per day until further notice.
WHMCS know this is a problem and are working on a patch. This patch was applied last night. We are waiting on a few payments to come in to test this. If you are trying to pay with visa/mastercard on our site and your invoices show unpaid after you pay please let us know by opening a support ticket. Alternatively just be patient as we are working to
PLease let us know if you have any questions by opening a support ticket. Paypal is not affected it is just our merchane account provider who processes our credit card payments.
