Thursday 21 September 2023 - 12.21pm
mod_ruid2 and cPanel Jailed Shell caused this.  We simply disabled this and enabled it again in Easy Apache and the websites started to load again.  Not sure why or how this happened after a reboot but issue resolved now.  Apologies to those who were affected here.  All servers to our knowledge on this node are back on line serving web pages.

Thursday 21 September 2023 - 12.17pm
Eight servers are working but two servers on the node are up and online but websites are throwing a 404 error.  We're troubleshooting this actively.

Thursday 21 September 2023 - 11.44am
The reboot just took a little longer due to a standard linux file system check.  All affected clients back online.  Apologies again for any inconvenience.

Thursday 21 September 2023 - 11.30am
Our monitoring system has detected that one of our node servers in London has gone down.  We have issued a hard reboot but the server is not back on line.  We're waiting on the data centre remote hands to intervene and we will update you as soon as possible.  We will post updates here regularly and staff on our live chat do not know any more than is posted here.  We apologise for this and please be assured once our London data centre remote hands intervene we will do what we can to get things back on line quickly.  Please refresh this page for updates.

There are ten servers off line at this stage which is a small percentage of the total VPS fleet but we do apologise if you are affected.

Next Update (unless we know more and we will post here) is scheduled for 12.15pm
