All servers are back on line. We are checking for corrupt files and will be working with these clients to move to a new node asap.

The shared server (Server 12) is back on line but we will be actively reaching out to clients to move them asap as this is an older node scheduled for retirement in February anyhow and we no longer have confidence in the disk array. We are still working on the other affected server (a VPS belonging to one client) to get sites back on line. Any client from server 12 reading this can reach out to us to be moved if you prefer not to wait for us to contact you.

We are aware of a Node on our VPS Platform that has had a disk issue causing major curruption on two servers hosted on the said node. One is Server 21 (Shared Server) and the other is a server belonging to a client. If you have been directed to this page then you are on server 12 and are affected by this issue. We are trying to repair the RPMs at this time and a senior technician is working on the issue. There is also MySQL corruption. The other servers on the same physical node are unaffected but we will look to move these servers and retire this node after we resolve the outages. Please be assured our team are working on this with priority and we will post regular updates to this page.
