Server 812 is currently experiencing a higher than expected load, which has resulted in reduced performance over the past 72 hours. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Increasing the VM resources has not had a significant effect.
Our engineers are currently on their way to the data centre to build and deploy a significantly more powerful replacement server. Once the new server is ready, we will migrate all data and then switch the IP address over to the new hardware.
We anticipate the entire process will take approximately 12-24 hours to complete as there is a lot of data. Throughout this period, we will work to minimise any disruption, and we will provide further updates here as the migration progresses.
