Friday 4 September 2026 - 7pm

A technical reason for outage with what we are doing as a company to automatically mitigate this form of attack moving forward is available to those affected clients who request it via your client area by opening a support ticket.

Thursday 3 September 2026 - 2.45pm

Services should be back on line for the vast majority (if not all) of clients.  We are working through things to double check.  If anything changes we will update this announcement.

Thursday 3 September 2026 - 2pm

The majority of services are back although a single IP subnet is still not routing.  We're currently working with network engineers to restore connectivity. As soon as there is more information we will update clients. We thank our clients affected for their extreme patience.

Thursday 3 September 2026 - 1pm

We are currently mitigating an external cyber attack (DDoS traffic flood) targeting our network infrastructure. While our core servers remain fully operational and all customer data is completely secure, this external traffic is causing temporary network congestion, leading to intermittent slowness or brief delays on some hosted services.  Our team is actively filtering the attack alongside our upstream network providers to restore full speeds as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
