Server 6 in our USA data centre was unreachable for a period. It turns out there was one abusive user on this server using nearly all the resources. We have suspended this account and will work with this user to help them remove whatever has caused this (or recommend an upgrade to a vps or dedicated server if appropriate)
Sorry for the inconvenience. All services on server 6 are back up now.
