Twitter and Efficient Client Support

Hi

We love all our Twitter followers - we really do! And we love you to tweet @bigwetfish so please continue to do that. We never want you to stop that.

However, what we have been noticing is some clients are using Twitter for technical support.  That is fine and we will always answer Tweets but please remember we have 24/7 coverage on the helpdesk and we do not have 24/7 coverage on Twitter.  If you Tweet @ us we will still receive it but a support ticket may be faster.  We have 2 staff who monitor Twitter and 5 staff who monntor the helpdesk so there will be times when there is no Twitter coverage.

Please bear that in mind when something is urgent :)  To open a ticket just complete the contact form on our website.
