The issues we had last night have returned. We have now determined the root cause of the issue and will have it resolved this evening.
I will go into detail once the issue is repaired.
The hardware is only 4 weeks old and it appears one vital component has a fault and that is being replaced right now. We need to take the SAN off line and reboot the Hypervisors. This will be done shortly. By the time you read this the SAN will already be off line to have the work completed.
