We understand that mistakes can happen so if you can get the new client to open a ticket to tell us YOU referred them then we can add the credit due.
Here is what we will do:
- As the transaction has already been completed we will manually calculate the affiliate credit due and add it direct to your credit balance (and not to your affiliate account). You can then use this as payment towards any current or future invoices that our system generates for you. In this case it will not be possible to take the payment as cash.
- We will also mark you as the affiliate so any future payments get added as affiliate credit and can be taken as cash or credit
