Our servers sit behind Denial of Service appliances to help scrub any attack traffic.  We aim to keep your server online during any denial of Service Attack.  

Security Patching
We scan every web server daily with a security patching service.  This should NOT make anyone complacent as the best way to protect your website is to keep your software up to date but it should help protect the servers from abuse when clients neglect to upgrade their installed scripts.  Our software will alert our staff where malware is found and we will work with clients to advise them or their developers on the best way to proceed

Mod Security Rule Sets
Mod Security is a powerful web application firewall and all our shared servers have this installed.  We have custom written rule sets these help protect all servers against the latest security threats. 

Atomic Secured Linux Security Suite
This third party script is installed on all servers and helps us to bullet proof the servers for your hosting account

Firewall and Brute Force Protection
We have firewalls in place and our servers will automatically protect against the most common forms of brute force protection.

Malware Scanning
We will perform malware scanning on your website on request.  We have three different tools available to us and we'll give you a full report on what we find.  Any malware we can help quarantine and delete and offer advice on hos to further secure your website.
