Server 26 became unresponsive and we had to reboot it. As the uptime on this machine is many months the machine is undergoing a file system check (fsck) and is currently at 15%
Once this completes the server will come back on line. Unfortunately it is not possible to expediate this and we need to allow it to run to completion.
Update:It does indeed look as if the data centre in error turned off the wrong server as we just got this from the tech on the data centre floor:
