Connectivity Issues to USA from UK

This issue is out of our control as you will see when you read the entire post but we felt the need to post anyhow.

**An Update : Thanks to Matt and the team at WHMCS for resolving this. The issue was caused by a change made by 2checkout and this was not announced anywhere. The WHMCS team worked to issue a patch that appears to have resolved this issue.

Cloud Hypervisor Fault and failure of Auto-Failover
Approximately 3 hours ago Hypervisor number 2 failed and went off line. OnApp cloud is designed with this eventuality in mind and all Virtual Machines housed on the failing hypervisor should auto failover to a spare and empty Hypervisor. This worked for all but 4 Virtual Machines and downtime for all these VMs was seconds.
