Although we would always prefer if clients bought their VPS Servers from us directly we understand this will not always happen. For those clients who have servers with a third party supplier who need backups we will gladly provide you with a cost effective backup solution at a cost effective rate. Our low monthly fee includes the following:
- R1Soft Backup License
- RAID Protected Backup Space in one of our Data Centre Locations
- Configuration and Setup of the Backups
- Help setting up backup frequency and data rentention policies
- One hour per month of technician time to help with restores
- Heavily discounted technician time should you have a disaster and need a complete restore
There are a bunch of self managed VPS providers selling servers at a low price - examples are Digital Ocean, vps.net etc. We'll gladly assist clients of these providers with their backup needs. Just reach out to our sales team and we'll help you get protected right away.
