Management Plans
If you currently do not have a server management option and decide to stay with our unmanaged option any tickets opened for tasks that are not included will be handled at a rate of £20 + VAT per hour. Clients could then upgrade to a different management plan to avoid those charges in the future.
Picking either the basic or full managed plans are the best way to avoid those charges for the times you require server support.
Unmanaged (included in server cost)
We will ensure the server is up and responding to ping and ssh for you
We will set up the server initially and install and configure cpanel if you have ordered it
We will test the server is working and serves web pages before handing it over
We will set up and configure remote backup if you have ordered it
We will assist with file and account restorations from backups only if there has been a hardware failure
Basic Managed (£4.99 per month on top of server cost)
We will ensure the server is up and responding to ping and ssh for you
We will set up the server initially and install and configure cpanel if you have ordered it
We will test the server is working and serves web pages before handing it over
We will set up and configure remote backup if you have ordered it
We will provide Basic WHM / cPanel assistance
We will help with Basic Email issues (email not working with the server). Spam troubleshooting will not be included.
We will help with configuring ftp and assist with any ftp issues
We will help with php compilation
We will assist with custom php.ini files to assist with errors that occur
We will troubleshoot default server services in case of failure
We will install a software firewall and configure it
We will assist with any file and account restorations (assuming remote backup has been purchased)
Full Managed (£14.99 per month on top of server cost - includes 100GB remote backup space and remote backup license as standard)
It can be difficult to determine an exhaustive list of tasks we will perform for our ‘fully managed’ clients but the bullet points below are seen as some typical examples. The basic principle is that our fully managed add on means we will do everything we can to assist you at all times to our very best efforts. If we find a complex issue we cannot resolve we will work with the Cpanel Team on your behalf to look to resolve the issue.
We will provide priority support - your helpdesk ticket will be handled before those who do not have priority support
We will provide a CP Remote backup service license and configure server backups
We will provide 100GB Remote Backup space to store your backups

24/7 server monitoring of all critical services with instant email alerts to our 24/7 team is a critical service fails
Monthly check to confirm backups are running as they should
