When you first sign up for your VPS Server we will do a data migration free of charge into your server. If you are moving from a cPanel server this migration will be free of cost. If you are moving from another server we will take a look and there may be a nominal charge based on how long we may fee the work will take. We'll always try to do all initial migrations for free and will only charge if the work is likely to take a considerable amount of time.
With our managed migration service we will work with you to perform the migration at a time to suit you and we will work as best we can to ensure the process is as painless as possible for you.
Once you are a VPS client any further migrations after the first month into your server will be charged at a nominal fee to cover staff time. This will only be a small token amount we can provide details on request.
