Our support staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year.

Support is provided by live chat or helpdesk.  

You may chat directly to a Linux Technician by clicking the link at the bottom right of our website.  Technicians are available round the clock to assist you.

To log a helpdesk ticket you may do so in one of three ways:

- Log into your client area and log a ticket from there
- Complete the form on our website under the support link on our homepage
- Email and a ticket will be opened for you
