Our phones are answered most weekdays from 7am-10pm UK time. Clients may call during these times to speak to a member of our team and we'll always be happy to assist you.
It's important to note that due to the nature of web hosting and the time it can take to resolve certain issues we can only deal with the simplest of issues by phone. In most cases when you call us we will offer to open a Support Ticket for you on our helpdesk and we will liaise with our technicians for you. Support tickets are always answered in the order in which they are received and we aim to answer all tickets as quickly as possible 24/7.
What can our staff do when you call:
- Place Orders and Take Payments over the Phone
- Answer any questions about any product we can offer
- Send you a link to set up a direct debit for payments
- Answer any account questions providing you can pass security (please note some clients choose not to complete all fields in the client area and for these clients we cannot assist on the phone as there simply is not enough information for data protection validation by phone)
- Arrange a free trial for our hosting services so you can check our service out
- Give you an update on how busy our helpdesk is and how long a ticket will take to be replied to
- Lisise with our technical team on any issues you are having and get you updates
- Give very general technical assistance and open a ticket for you if the issue is something not suited to the phone
- Open support tickets for you
- Help with very basic technical support issues (basic level 1 issues)
