Upgrades are very straightforward and very cost effective.  We also offer one off payments on certain server upgrades so this can make them even more cost effective.  Let's say you have a server with 16GB RAM and you want to increace that to 32GB RAM.  Simply open a helpdesk ticket and we can schedule it at a time to suit you with the minimal of downtime.

We will also fully manage complete server upgrades for you with minimum downtime.  We can build your new server and rack it side by side with your existing server (even with a private network if needed for faster data transfer).  We'll work with you to plan the data migration to provide the least amount of downtime for you and your clients.
