Why Have I Not Been Charged For My .uk Domain Transfer?

.uk transfers are slightly different for billing.

If you domain has more than 3 months until expiration date the transfer will be free.

If the domain name has less than 3 months until expiration date the transfer will be charged at £5.99 per year and your domain name will automatically be renewed for 2 years at transfer.

The above rules are set by the UK Registry and are out of our control.

Our billing system cannot copt with this as it does not know if a .uk transfer will be chargeable or not.  Therefore we DO NOT charge at transfer time and will invoice you after successful transfer only if your domain name has automatically been extrnded by the registry upon transfer (ie. it has less than 3 months to run at transfer time).
