In conjunction with our partners GoCardless we now have the ability to take payments by Direct Debit for those clients with UK Bank Accounts. If you wish to change your payment method please let us know and we will be happy to help you. Please contact us by opening a ticket if you want to set up a Direct Debit for a product in your client area.
You will receive an email 3 days before payment is taken so you can check it. You can also quickly and easily cancel a direct debit from your internet banking service putting you in complete control.
Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme
If a mistake is made (there should be no errors) always contact us first and we will rectify it right away for you but you also have the protection of the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme giving you additional peace of mind. This means if we make an error you are entitled to a full and no questions asked immediate refund from your bank simply by asking them. Always speak to us first though as we will always correct errors but the guarantee still exists should you ever feel you need to use it.
No need to give Card Details
A Direct Debit is linked to your Bank Account and there is no need to give your card details over the internet. This should give you peace of mind. We will never see your card details and they are never transmitted over the internet. We also do not see your Sort Code and Account Number either giving you additional peace of mind.
It's important to note that we only set up Direct Debits for those products you specifically ask us to set them up for. This policy was designed to ensure there is no misunderstanding and we never take payments for products you had intended to cancel or did not want to renew. Therefore if you order a new product and want us to take payment by Direct Debit simply open a support ticket for our accounting team and we'll gladly set this up for you.
